Polaris is a small agency, established in 2001 with big plans. Based in Miamisburg, we have clients throughout Ohio and the nation and focus on recruitment communications.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources (or related), have demonstrated success in all facets of Recruitment and have a minimum of 8 years’ experience.
Typical titles to have held would be Director of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition Manager or similar with responsibilities for the entire recruitment process including marketing, designing and implementing processes, working closely with executive leadership and hiring managers, identifying and utilizing technology to enhance capabilities, managing recruitment staff and support, etc. Some experience as a vendor with sales responsibilities would be valuable.
